The Brand
Taxi For Sure is a taxi booking portal which enables consumers to book taxis online. They are an aggregator of car rentals and taxis. It was founded in 2011 in India. They work with various taxi operators and enable them with technology to ensure customers get an easily accessible, safe & reliable taxi ride ‘for sure’.
Problem Statement
Awareness about the brand was very low. The image of taxi for sure was not attracting customers’ attention. It was facing troubles in building brand loyalty. Engagement in all the social platforms was low.
